A rare and unique opportunity to taste Frank Cornelissen’s first and great vintages, hosted by his ambassador and daily right-hand man, Giacomo Bardazzi! On the tasting program: 5 old Munjebel and a precious bottle of MAGMA, the Italian domain’s grand cru.
Antoine Deplat is the sommelier at Michelin-starred chef Mallory Gabsi’s Paris restaurant: the art of wine pairing is his specialty. During this workshop, he takes three products from our exhibitors and suggests 1 or 2 wines to enhance them. The products? Pâté en croute from vice-world champion Jérémie Crauser, fine ham cut with a knife from Porc Noir de Bigorre, and Burgundy truffles from Champagne Collinet.
Cyril Alonso is a winemaker like no other: he has developed a veritable conservatory of ancient and forgotten grape varieties. During this masterclass, he’ll be offering a vertical tasting of his ART BRUT cuvée: unique, it’s vinified from 140 grape varieties. Produced in 800 bottles a year, it’s an absolute privilege granted to us by the Alonso tribe!
The ritual of tea Green, white, yellow, black, red, pu’ert… Tea is like natural wine: the reflection of a terroir at a given moment. The Théroir teams take you on a journey to China with them: they explain everything to you – the differences between each variety, the typical characteristics of each terroir, the ritual of preparation, and of course, they let you taste 3 of their jewels prepared on the spot!
🎟️ €25 ticket per person for a tasting workshop
Be careful : the workshop tickets don’t include the fair visit
Born in Medellín and raised in Paris, Juan Pablo’s culinary journey is nothing short of inspiring. A graduate of the prestigious Ferrandi school and trained alongside Thibault Sombardier and at the Septime restaurant in Paris, he returned to Colombia to run the Barcal kitchen, celebrating his country’s rich culinary heritage. Now he’s back in Paris, with dishes full of flavor, inspired by his native land.
