These methods, as well as the exclusive use of grapes without any additives, are those of the estate's founder, and have been perpetuated by his grandson. Vinified using the Bordeaux method but with a distinctly Iberian character, this wine has a silky, velvety texture, a hallmark of perfectly blended tannins.
